Opaque pricing
“Come and see” is not a quote. Smart Quote returns a range before anyone travels, backed by a seeded local price guide.
Codebase for sale · pre‑revenue · 2026
AI photo diagnosis, Smart Quote, verified professionals, negotiation and a Repair Passport for every home. React, Supabase and a Capacitor Android app — documented, tested, and ready for your brand and your keys.
Why it exists
Customers chase three quotes on WhatsApp, professionals waste fuel on jobs that were never real, and nobody remembers which plumber fixed what. FixIt turns that into a tracked, two-sided job — from a photo to a Repair Passport entry.
“Come and see” is not a quote. Smart Quote returns a range before anyone travels, backed by a seeded local price guide.
Proposals, acceptance, completion photos and sign-off live in one job record — not in a chat that gets deleted.
Every repair becomes an asset event: what broke, who fixed it, what it cost, and when it is due again.
The journey
The same journey is implemented end to end in the app — with a database state machine underneath so a job cannot skip steps.
Photo in, diagnosis out: severity, likely cause, urgency and a price range.
Location, budget and urgency. Broadcast, or target a specific professional.
Proposals, counter-offers and chat. One accepted price, locked to the job.
Completion evidence, customer sign-off, review, and an entry in the home's history.
Inside the product
Not a dashboard with a database bolted on. Each core loop has screens, policies, functions and state transitions behind it.
Diagnosis
The customer photographs the problem. The analyze-scan function
runs it through an AI provider chain and returns a structured diagnosis; Smart
Quote maps category, severity and urgency onto a local price guide.
Negotiation
Requests move through a defined state machine. Professionals submit proposals, customers accept, and the agreed price is written to the job — not left in a chat. Targeted requests stay targeted; open requests can be claimed atomically.
Repair Passport
Each property builds its own history: assets, service events, warranties and
photos. The asset-health function turns that into a repair score,
so the next decision is based on evidence.
Under the hood
Mainstream tools, no exotic dependencies, no server to patch. The backend is Postgres with row-level security — the schema is the application.
No Next.js, no ORM, no custom server, no Docker. Two targets from one codebase: a static web build and a native Android wrapper.
The handover
Source, schema, functions, docs and the test harness used to verify them. No keys, no customer data, no seller accounts.
schema.sql.env files, Stripe or AI accountsThis is a codebase sale, not a revenue business. Payments are scaffolded but not wired; there is no admin UI; a full end-to-end run against a real Supabase project was not performed. The security review lists every known issue, and the 12 prepared fixes are included but deliberately unapplied. All of it is documented in the package.

Questions
A codebase. There is no revenue, no customer list and no live backend in the sale. You get the source, the database definition, the documentation and the test harness — then you build your own business on top.
Yes. Create a new project, apply schema.sql (or push the 23 migrations), deploy the four edge functions with your own secrets, and put your URL and anon key in the app.
No. The Stripe checkout function is written, but there is no client call, no webhook, and the currency/return URLs are wrong. Treat payments as a build item, not a feature.
Payment wiring, an admin UI for verification and disputes, password reset, account deletion, before/after photo upload UI, Repair Passport history screen, deep links and push notifications. All listed in the buyer guide.
Yes, within limits: clean install and build, 9/9 unit tests, 6/6 Smart Quote tests, 23 migrations and schema.sql replayed on PostgreSQL 17, 21/21 base checks and 20/20 with the prepared fixes, Android debug APK built, four functions type-checked. No real Supabase project, device run or penetration test.
Yes for your own product. If you want to resell it as a template or to clients, ask about a multi-site licence at the same time — the default sale is a single transfer with no resale rights on the source.
A ZIP containing the handover folder: app source, Android project, Supabase migrations, functions, proposed fixes, tests, docs, buyer guide, validation report and a per-file SHA-256 manifest. No .env, keys, APK or customer data.
It needs a payment integration and an owner who will run the launch. Selling the codebase is the honest option instead of pretending it is a turnkey business.
Ask for the manifest, the validation report and a walkthrough. Serious offers only — escrow recommended.
